The staff were all very pleasant and accommodating. The breakfast buffet, which was included, was wonderful, with cooked eggs, etc, which many European buffets do not include. Room was very large and attractive. |

breakfasts were plentiful, fresh and servers were attentive. Lovely room. Redecorated sitting room, questionable... but a matter of taste. Not mine! Breathtaking views from balcony!!! Shower stall very small... barely enough room to turn around! However, there was a tub. |

Hotel staff all very friendly and helpful. I would have liked to be able to access the internet from the bedroom (using the laptop I had with me), but this was a relatively minor point and did not in any way spoil my stay at the hotel |

the cleanliness was first class.The quality of food was also excellent.The swimming pool was great. The staff were not warm to the guests.The hotel did not feel like home from home.No bady used the restruant or bar area it was dead. |

Charming, friendly and comfortable rooms, with spacious, very clean bathrooms; delightful garden and view of the mountains; excellent breakfast; very pleasant lounge and restaurant; pool area clean and perfect temperature; convenient location for pedestrian area with excellent restaurants, shops, etc. Our daughters loved it here. There was nothing we did not like about this hotel |

The location was great. Good standard German breakfast buffet and if you wanted a warm breakfast, you could order from the kitchen without an additional charge. Limited parking. |

The hotel is centrally located. All of the staff were friendly and very helpful. Quality of food on offer in the restaurant was extremely good. The gardens were well kept with very pleasant outside seating arrangments. |

Friendly staff went out of their way to provide great service. Comfortable large bed and nice room but the room was very small. To get to our room we had to go up steps from lobby to the elevator, up the elevator, then down steps to get to the room. |

Beautiful views of the alps, running river that we could hear outside our window was marvelous, delicious breakfast in cheerful room downstairs, helpful and friendly staff no, we completely enjoyed it |
